Dredge America is always seeking employees for the following positions: Deckhand, Fabricator, Mechanic, Operator, Site Manager, and Superintendent with opportunities for upward mobility. A typical work schedule consists of 12-hours days, 7 days a week for 3 weeks followed by a 1-week rotation.
